Good question Todd, as I had some similar thoughts when I was no longer contributing to Tech PR Gems. Why not keep this as a separate channel, and:

- post more personal posts here; causes, opinions, rants
- cross-post the Fresh Ground posts that also resonate personally
- add asides to Fresh Ground posts that expand on originally topics or take them in side directions you don't want on the company blog?

I learned a while back that having a separate, individual place is still valuable- -and even though Fresh Ground is your gig, this is still your space. I say keep it going in some form
