		<description>Let me preface this by saying that I am in no way a personal branding expert. Todd, I hardly think that having SocialSphere Strategies&#039; unobtrusive little logo on your blog dilutes your personal brand. Several points: 

1. Right now, SocialSphere Strategies is part of who you are

2. Your readers might have no idea that orange yin yang-ish symbol means anything at all 

3. Jim Spencer&#039;s black and white M logo suggestion sounds like a good one

4. You are not indelibly tied to your current employer. You&#039;re only tied until you replace/remove the logo</description>
